These terms apply when you browse this website, place a food order, or reserve a table with Food Mail, Manjhanpur (“Food Mail”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Orders
- An order is confirmed only after you receive an order number on screen.
- Menu items, prices and discounts may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or the details provided appear incorrect. Any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
- The minimum order value is ₹99.
2. Delivery
- We deliver within 15 km of our kitchen in Manjhanpur, Kaushambi.
- Delivery is charged at ₹10 per km with a minimum of ₹10, shown before payment.
- Delivery times (usually 20–30 minutes) are estimates and can be affected by weather, traffic and order volume.
- Please provide a correct address and a reachable mobile number. If the rider cannot reach you within 10 minutes of arrival, the order may be treated as delivered.
3. Payments
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards (processed by Razorpay) and cash on delivery.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready where possible.
4. Food, allergies and spice
- Our kitchen handles dairy, gluten, nuts, eggs and meat. We cannot guarantee any dish is free from allergens — tell us about allergies before ordering.
- Spice preference (Spicy / Non-spicy) is followed as closely as possible; taste can vary slightly between batches.
- Food is best eaten immediately. We are not responsible for quality if food is stored or reheated after delivery.
5. Table reservations
- A reservation is a request until we confirm it. We hold confirmed tables for 15 minutes past the booked time.
- Please cancel by phone or WhatsApp if your plans change.
6. Offers and coupon codes
Offers (such as FIRSTBITE) are valid for a limited time, one use per customer unless stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password private and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse of our staff.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh.
